This Privacy Policy describes how AA Credit Enterprise ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you interact with us through our website, automated messaging assistants (including our AI assistants on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, our website chat widget, voice calls, and email), and credit repair services. By using our services or messaging us through any channel, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Effective Date: 2026-05-12. This Privacy Policy supersedes all prior versions.

- Device information (browser type, IP address, operating system)
- Usage data (pages visited, time on site, referring URLs)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: To provide credit repair services, including dispute filing, credit report analysis, and consultations
- Automated assistance: To generate responses to your messages using artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) and provide real-time conversational assistance through our AI assistants Skyler (chat) and Maya (voice)
- Communication: To respond to your inquiries, provide updates on your account, send appointment reminders, and share relevant information about our services
- Lead qualification: To understand your credit goals and match you with the right service package

- Legal compliance: To comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), and other applicable laws
- Fraud prevention: To detect and prevent fraudulent activity and ensure account security
3. AI-Powered Conversations — Important Disclosures
When you interact with our chat widget, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Messages, or call our phone number, you may be communicating with an AI assistant rather than a human:
- Skyler is our AI chat assistant who responds to web chat and social media direct messages
- Maya is our AI voice assistant who handles phone calls
- Your messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude language model
- Conversation transcripts and metadata are stored in our secure database (Supabase) for service improvement and continuity
- Voice conversations are processed by Retell AI and Cartesia AI (text-to-speech) and may be recorded and transcribed
- You may request to speak with a human at any time by saying "talk to a human," "speak to a person," or similar — our team will follow up
- AI responses may occasionally contain errors. For critical decisions, please verify information with a human team member.
